Kangana Ranaut takes to her social media account to thank everyone after she wins the Best Actress Award at the 67th National Film Awards
It won’t be incorrect to say Kangana Ranaut has got a birthday gift in advance; the actress has won the best actress award for her movies Manikarnika and Panga at the recently announced 67th National Film Awards. Following this massive announcement that had added one more feather to her cap, the actress took to her social media account to thank the National Film Awards' panel and the teams of both her movies, her staff, the audience and of course her family.
The actress thanked the director, producers, writers, editors, co-stars of Manikarnika and Panga. Thanking the Manikarnika team she mentioned writer Prasoon Joshi, screenplay writer K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, music composer Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy, editor Rameshwar Bhagat, production banner Zee Studios and more. She also mentioned certain names from the post-production studio. Followed by thanking the director of Panga, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, her husband Nitesh Tiwari and the rest of the members associated with the film. She also apologized if she has missed out on any name.

While Manikarnika directed by Kangana released in 2019, Panga released in 2020 before the COVID-19 hit the world. Both films were successful at the box office.
This is Kangana’s fourth National Award, previously she had won the Best actress National award for her movies, Queen and Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Also, she had bagged won the best actress in supporting category award for Fashion.
